We enjoyed our first WR dinner. Busy weekend night, especially up by the bar. We were seated in the back, which was nice so we could chat and hear each other. LOVED the caprese salad, curds, and meatballs. Our server was slammed, missed a few cues/requests, then quickly got us back on track. Throughout our meal, she was polite and proactive. Our main/constructive feedback is to try baking a chewier, denser (versus hollow) pizza crust and skip the salt. We've yet to see crust salt added (as a default) and the salty crust really overpowered the rest of the pizza's ingredients. Sauce and mozz were both tasty on their own. Like any pizza lover, we love a good crust and would love to see WR try baking a more traditional, chewy crust.

We stopped in for cocktails and an appetizer. We arrived at 4 pm on a Saturday and even though the place was empty we were told we needed a reservation. Fortunately for us, there was room at the bar. By the time we left, the place was full, so I recommend a reservation if you're coming in for dinner. My wife and I both started with the Colonel Old Fashioned. It was spectacular. My wife had the Old Man for her second drink and loved it just as much. I tried a couple of pours of bourbon to finish the evening and was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price of their Whisky pours. We tried the Pretzel for our appetizer. It came with a beer cheese and a beer mustard. Excellent! Soft, warm, and tasty! Everything you would expect. The atmosphere is pretty minimalistic, but the staff and atrons make it feel like a small community. We finished the evening with photos from their free photo booth! Overall, it was a very good experience. We will come again and try the pizza. It looked delicious.

We are so glad to have found Whiskey River close to our new home--it's such a fantastic spot! The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, always making us feel welcome, no matter how busy it is or even close to closing time. The cocktails here are a must-try! I had the Sweater Weather, a seasonal fall drink that was perfectly balanced and delicious. My husband Brent went for one of their burgers and I got the personal veggie pizza. It was so good, I saved half to enjoy for lunch the next day! We've had the onion rings a few times now, and I'm obsessed, especially with the special sauce that comes with them. The vibe is great for any group or occasion, with indoor, bar, and outdoor seating. You don't need a reservation, which makes it easy for a casual night out. Can't wait to come back and work our way through the rest of the menu!

I grabbed a pizza to go, staff was helping in making a choice of what to order. The pizza was amazing. Large portions and plenty of toppings.

Food was amazing!!! I ordered the bbq chicken pizza and was surprised by how large it was! And the taste was mouthwatering, literally the best bbq chicken pizza I've ever had. I also ordered the burger and onion rings, and yet again another perfect dish. Was very satisfied with how crispy the onion rings were. Service was so nice! They even accepted Apple Pay at the bar. Since we were sitting outside boho (right next to the establishment) we were able to get a number and when it was ready we could go over to this shelving they had for orders and grab our order, only bad thing about that is we had to get up a few times to see if our order was ready. Inside was really nice and the outside area was poppin! Definitely a nice outside area if you have kids and also want a good bite!

We had an outstanding dining experience, with efficient seating and a friendly waiter named Garrett. He was very informative about the menu. They are tucked in Creekside development with a variety of different outdoor activities and a brewery next door you can bring your meal over while enjoying their brews. They have ample indoor and outdoor dining depending on your party size. They also have a Speakeasy which can be rented or reserved for couples and private parties. It's tucked behind a bookcase door. The free photo booth is an added bonus! We selected the elemental, an expertly prepared old-fashioned crafted with Buffalo Trace. The food arrived promptly, and we enjoyed the wedge salad, supreme pizza, buffalo chicken legs, and chocolate chip cookie pan for dessert. The pizza featured an herb-infused crust and generous toppings, while the salad featured a homemade dressing. The warm cookie was finished with vanilla and a judicious drizzle of chocolate sauce. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with our experience.

People of Parkville there is a new pizza place in town, and it's great. We ordered our food online, and I am so excited that Whusjey River has opened up. We finally have a good pizza place close to Thousand Oaks. We ordered cheese pizza, everything pizza, cheese curds, sweet potato fries, and a pretzel. Loved it and can't wait to eat at the restaurant.
